About Nowsen
Nowsen is an informational productivity utility that summarizes calendar and weather context. It is sold as a €1.99 one-time App Store purchase, subject to Apple’s regional pricing and taxes.
Not professional advice
Nowsen’s cues are convenience suggestions. They are not medical, legal, financial, safety, navigation, or emergency advice. Always verify important times, locations, forecasts, and travel conditions using an authoritative source.
Permissions and third-party services
Some functionality depends on permissions you control and on services provided by Apple, including Apple Weather. Availability, forecasts, directions, and background refresh timing may vary. Apple controls App Store purchases, refunds, and device-level services.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, redistribute, or use Nowsen to infringe the rights of others.
Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable product, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. iOS may decide when background refresh occurs, and external services may be unavailable.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nowsen is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
